Esta carrera corta de reconocimiento internacional proporciona la posibilidad de una rápida inserción laboral. Hay muchos jóvenes que optan por el Profesorado de Inglés que les sirve de apoyo y de sustento para proseguir con sus Carreras Universitarias.

Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE)
The Graded Examinations in Spoken English test candidates' ability in listening and speaking. There are four Stages with three Grades at each Stage.
With 12 grades available, there is a Grade to suit every candidate. The number of tasks depends on the level at which students enter the examination. The language requirements for each of the 12 Grades is clearly shown in the syllabus.
It's the examiner's job to put candidates at their ease and give them the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to communicate in English.
The assessment is a balance between fluency and accuracy. Examiners are interested in finding out what candidates really can do.
The four stages
The Graded Examinations in Spoken English examinations are divided into four stages (Initial to Advanced) with three grades or levels per stage. At each new stage, additional tasks are introduced and the length of the examination increases.

Integrated Skills in English examinations (ISE)
Trinity's Integrated Skills in English examinations (ISE) assess all four language skills – Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading – interacting with each other as they do in the real world. An ISE examination forms a natural part of any course of English language study, undertaken in a group or individually.
The examinations include a portfolio approach. By taking classroom work into account as well as tasks carried out under examination conditions, a wide and varied sample of learner work is taken fully into account.
Preparation for the examination supports the programme of work chosen by the teacher and learner, rather than interfering with it.
The three components of the ISE examinations:
1. Portfolio Tasks (make sure you are using the correct set for this year)
2. Controlled Written Examination
3. Interview
ISE0, ISE I, ISE II, ISE III and ISE IV correspond to Grades 4, 6, 8, 11 and 12 of the spoken exams (GESE).

CertTESOL
The Trinity Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CertTESOL) is designed for those with little or no experience of teaching English. It equips candidates with the basic skills and knowledge needed to take up a first post as an ESOL teacher. It gives an introduction to the theory and practice of contemporary English teaching and an insight into the challenges facing the learner and the role of the teacher.
The CertTESOL is accredited in England by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority at Level 4 of the National Qualifications Framework. It is accepted by the British Council as an initial TESOL qualification for teachers in its accredited teaching organisations in the UK and in its own teaching operations overseas. Credits are also awarded towards degree programmes offered by the Open University in the UK.

Se dicta Lunes, Miércoles y Viernes de 8:15 a 12:00 o de 18:00 a 21:45hs

Se dicta los Sábados de mañana
En el año 2007 se recibieron 17 Profesores, con Certificaciones Internacionales de Trinity College London.
