El Instituto Dickens y University of Cambridge International Examinations, realizaron el pasado 17 de junio la ceremonia de entrega de premios a los estudiantes que obtuvieron los mejores resultados en 2009 de los exámenes de IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education).

El 7 de junio se realizó la entrega de certificados a aquellos alumnos que aprobaron el curso internacional de profesorado de inglés de Trinity College London, de Inglaterra.
De la misma participaron el Embajador Británico de nuestro país, Mr Patrick Mullee, y desde Inglaterra nos visitó Mr Thomas Jones, Head of International Marketing de Trinity College London.

El Instituto Dickens brinda su apoyo a la Escuela en este proyecto realizado conjuntamente con la Embajada de Gran Bretaña y la GBUA, habiendo asignado el Dickens una docente que dicta las clases de inglés en la Escuela.
Felicitamos a los alumnos y a su Profesora Romina por el entusiasmo con el que están trabajando.

Centro Politécnico del Cono Sur (Río de la Plata s/n circ. Plaza de Toros, Colonia)
On Friday 28th May we visited Centro Politécnico del Cono Sur in Colonia, where we delivered a presentation on our online courses, showing the attendees the online platform we use and how it works, and telling them what these courses are about, the different levels we offer and the methodology behind them.
I feel I must point out the kindness and support of the director of Centro Politécnico del Cono Sur, Mr Luis Brotons, and the interest shown by students, who participated actively in the presentation.

Hands on Technology...One step Forward!

We were so happy that this was a full house event and teachers from different corners of the country joined us to experience new trends. It was for us a pleasure to witness the interest everyone showed with just a glimpse of what technology has to offer.
We would like to thank everyone for their valuable feedback which led us to start a new Saturday course starting next July 17th.
